UNDERGRADUATE APPLICATION PROCESS
STEP 1:
Fill out the Application Form. All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
STEP 2:
Upload all the required documents listed in the applicaton form. Mandatory documents must be submitted. Additional requirements may be uploaded later.
STEP 3:
Click Submit and wait for the email and/or SMS confirmation of your application.
STEP 4:
You may be invited for interviews (online or on-site) if further evaluation is needed. Otherwise, you will receive the final result of your application via email and/or SMS. Please ensure that you provide an active email address and mobile number.
STEP 5:
Once the last interview with the Program Chairperson or his delegate is completed, you will be notified via email and/or SMS of the result of your application within 3-5 working days from the date of your last interview, which would include the next step of the admissions process.
NOTE: There will be no admissions fee to be collected and no entrance examinations. The basis of the evaluation are the documents that you will be uploading and the series of interviews (as needed).
REQUIREMENTS FOR FRESHMEN APPLICANTS
Mandatory Requirements (The following requirements are necessary to be submitted as initial basis for evaluation.)

Complete grade report for Grade 11

Certificate of Good moral character indicating that the applicant is currently enrolled in Grade 12

Latest grade report for Grade 12 (at least 1st Semester)

Recent 2x2 colored photo with decent background
Additional (The following requirements may be submitted at a later date or once available.)

Two (2) letters of recommendation from any of the following personnel: Class adviser, subject teacher, guidance counselor, club moderator, school principal.
Please download the official SPU Manila template below and send to the evaluators. They will be the one to directly send the fully accomplished form to SPU Manila Admissions Office via email. -

REMINDERS to all FOREIGN APPLICANTS
- All documents written in original language must be submitted in notarized English translation with Notarial Certificate
- Additional requirement - Satisfactory and Valid English Test Result (TOFEL, CBT, TEPS, IBT, IELTS) for non-English speaking nationals
- If English assessment certification has expired and / or was not taken previously, the applicant will be endorsed to SPU Manila Academic English Services Program (AESP) for English Proficiency Test.

GRADUATE APPLICATION PROCESS

UPLOAD all the REQUIREMENTS stated on the list requirements on the online application form. All MANDATORY documents should be uploaded. All the other requirements may be submitted at a later date.
STEP 3:
Click Submit and wait for the email and/or SMS confirmation of your application.
STEP 4:
You may be invited for interviews (online or on-site) if further evaluation is needed. Otherwise, you will receive the final result of your application via email and/or SMS. Please ensure that you provide an active email address and mobile number.
Note: We are not yet conducting entrance examinations. The basis of the evaluation will be the documents that you will be uploading and the series of interviews.
STEP 5:
Additional instructions will be sent to you once your application result is released.

Requirements
- Copy of Transcript of Records of all completed degrees relevant to the course being applied forCopy of the Certificate of Graduation of all completed degrees relevant to the course being applied for
- Transfer Credential Certificate / Honorable Dismissal for transferees from a university/school in the Philippines
- Copy of Birth Certificate or National ID / Household Register
- Copy of Marriage Certificate (if declared married)

- Digital image of recent 2x2 colored photo with decent plain background
- Two (2) Letters of Recommendation from previous school or employers written by people with identifiable titles, position and relationship to the applicant
The following are required for specific graduate school program
MSN and all Nursing Doctoral Program

Masteral thesis title, abstract and 3 topics of interest for dissertation in one document/file
MBA and DBA Program

Employment profile and/or proof of business ownership
Doctor in Musical Arts

Performance video based on applied major
